Service Description

Close-range visual and thermal inspection of walls, parapets, windows, sealant joints, and roof edges, flown from the air. Typical findings are moisture behind cladding, failed or missing sealant, thermal bridging at slab edges, and displaced flashing, each documented with geotagged imagery you can attach directly to a work order or an insurance claim. For a mid-rise elevation this replaces the cost and scheduling of a boom lift.
