Construction Progress Monitoring
A flight-by-flight aerial record of a school build, so progress could be measured against the schedule and defects were caught while they were still cheap to fix.
New School Construction — Drone Progress Monitoring & Defect Detection
A living record of the jobsite. Flight after flight. Change after change.
As this new school rose from foundation to finish, we used the drone to document construction as it actually happened—not as it was scheduled on paper. Each flight captured the site at a point in time. Together those captures became a visual timeline the owner, GC, and inspectors could compare, measure, and act on.
What we captured
Repeat drone flights across key construction phases
High-resolution aerial and oblique imagery of the entire site
Consistent viewpoints so progress could be compared week to week
Visual documentation of structural work, envelopes, site grading, and staging
What the imagery unlocked Working with the project team, we used the flights to:
Document construction progress against the planned sequence
Identify defects, missing work, and anomalies while they were still cheap to fix
Give owners and stakeholders a clear, current picture of the site without walking every elevation
Create an archive of “what was built when” for punch lists, billing disputes, and closeout
Construction moves fast. Memory does not. These flights replaced scattered phone photos and one-off walkthroughs with a consistent aerial record—so changes were visible, defects were flagged early, and decisions were based on the job as it stood that day.
Building something that can’t afford surprises? We fly construction sites to track progress, catch anomalies early, and give owners a defensible record from groundbreaking to turnover.
